Mmmmm....mimosa! That wonderful peachy floral scent that brings back so many childhood memories. Two places where we lived when I was growing up had mimosa trees in the yards.
Beautiful. You know, I was going to ask you what this was, then I read what Diane said, and I saw perfectly that it was mimosa. We grew up with a mimosa tree in my grandma's yard which was our yard, too! The hours of play that tree provided. Ah, the memories. I wish my boys could experience it.
Well bless my blesser. I thought that pretty picture was of a weed or a butterfly with a bad hair do. Now I know what to fix us for our wild Saturday out. Yellow cake with chocolate icing and pizza, out of a box, and chips and a Sonic fix. But I am going to add a slice of turtle cheesecake to the top of the cake. Your cousin in "crime".
I like to cook and try new recipes but I hate to clean up the kitchen! I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also love to take pictures. All the pictures I use on my blog were taken by me.
