Saturday Snackin' Time

This is a different take on Tuna Salad. You could use canned chicken or turkey that has been well drained if you don't like tuna.

UPDATE: Diane over at Diane's Place adds more to her Tuna Ball.
I'm going to try this the next time I make it.

She adds:
1/4 cup grated onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. dry parsley flakes, or 4 tbsp. fresh
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. paprika

Have a great Saturday!
Lesa

Hi, Lesa! I read through all your posts and I like what I'm seeing here. Love the recipes, and I really liked the post you did on the old house. I often wonder about the families that lived in those old abandoned places, if they were happy, what their lives were like. I see you're a kindred spirit. :o)

I make a Tuna Cheese Ball similar to your recipe. You can find it on my recipe blog here if you're interested:

Hope your weekend is blessed!

Love and hugs,

Diane

Your tuna ball looks great! I'll try adding the garlic, onion, and seasoned salt the next time I make it! I love to combine recipes and see what great flavors I can come up with.
Glad you like what I have here - come back and see me again!

That looks like a good recipe. I eat a lot of tuna. I don't eat meat, but I do eat fish, and tuna is an easy meal for one.
